A first Builtrix engagement runs stage by stage, and each stage ends with something you can hold: the process map and the business case, then a blueprint you sign off, then the first function live inside the tools your team already uses, then tuning on real usage. How fast it moves depends on the function and the tools already in place, so we do not promise a calendar. Nothing is invoiced against a milestone your team has not signed off.
