These are the terms that apply when you use the Builtrix Labs website, request an AI transformation audit, or contact the studio through any form or link on this site. By using the site you agree to them. They were last updated on 21 September 2026 and cover the website only, not any engagement agreed separately.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
The site at builtrix.ai is operated by Builtrix Labs Private Limited, Chennai, India. Questions about these terms go to raghavasreeram@builtrix.ai.
3. Using the website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database
- Submit the audit request form automatically, repeatedly, or to test the form
- Submit information about a person or business you are not authorised to share
- Copy the site's content in bulk, or interfere with how it works
4. The audit request
Requesting an audit through this site is a request, not a contract. Sending it does not oblige either of us to anything. Any engagement that follows is agreed separately and in writing, and that agreement governs the engagement, not these terms.
5. Information on this site
The content on this site describes how Builtrix Labs works and what it has built. It is general information, not advice for your business. Figures describe specific past deployments and are not a promise of the same result for you.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and code of this site are owned by or licensed to Builtrix Labs Private Limited. You may view and share links to the site. You may not reproduce, adapt or republish its content without written permission.
7. Interface mockups
Product interfaces shown on this site are mockups built with demo data. They illustrate the kind of system Builtrix Labs builds. They are not screenshots of a client's live system and their figures are not client results.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.
10. No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Builtrix Labs Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

How we handle the information you give us is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes and severability
We may update these terms. The current version is always published here with its date at the top, and using the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
