How Builtrix Labs Private Limited collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information you share through this website, the cookie consent banner and the audit request form. This policy applies to builtrix.ai only. It was last updated on 21 September 2026 and is reviewed whenever the site or the way it handles data changes.
1. Who we are
Builtrix Labs Private Limited is a company in Chennai, India, and operates builtrix.ai. We decide why and how the personal information described here is processed. Write to us at raghavasreeram@builtrix.ai or call +91 78715 56677.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, work email, company and phone or WhatsApp number when you request an audit
- What you are trying to fix, and roughly how many people are in the business, if you tell us
- Anything you include in an email or WhatsApp message you send us
Information recorded when you submit the form
- A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit repeated submissions. The address itself is not stored.
- Your browser's user agent string and the page the form was on
- Whether you gave consent to be contacted, and the time you gave it
Information collected only with your consent
If, and only if, you accept cookies in the consent banner, analytics tools may record your browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay and the page that referred you, and the Meta Pixel records your visit and whether you sent an audit request, so we can tell whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work. The pixel never receives what you type into the form. If you decline, or never answer, no analytics or advertising script is loaded.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and call you back about the audit you requested
- To prepare for and run that audit if you go ahead with it
- To protect the form from automated and repeated abuse
- To understand how the site is used, only if you accepted cookies
- To measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to audit requests, only if you accepted cookies
We do not sell your information, and we never pass what you write in the form to Meta or any other advertiser.
4. Legal basis
We process the information in your audit request on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox on the form, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides. Analytics and advertising measurement run only on the consent you give in the banner. You can withdraw either consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
5. Cookies and local storage
Your consent choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask again. No analytics or advertising cookie is set unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can clear your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

6. Who processes your information for us
- Supabase, which stores audit requests in a database we control
- Resend, which delivers the notification email when a request is submitted
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept cookies
- Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies
Each processes information only to provide its service to us, and each has its own privacy policy. We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.
7. Where your information is stored
Audit requests are stored in a Supabase database hosted in Sydney, Australia. Notification emails are sent through Resend's São Paulo, Brazil region. If you accept cookies, Meta processes pixel data on its own servers, including in the United States. Your information is therefore transferred outside India, to countries the Government of India has not restricted.
8. How long we keep it
- Audit requests, including the hashed IP and consent time stored with them: 24 months from the date you submit them, then deleted
- The rate-limit counter for a hashed IP: held in the server's memory for ten minutes
- Your consent choice: in your own browser until you clear it
If you ask us to delete your request sooner, we will.
9. How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. The database table that holds audit requests accepts no public access: only the server that receives the form, and our own administrators, can read it. Your IP address is hashed before storage. Access to submissions is limited to the people at Builtrix Labs who respond to them.
10. Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used
- Ask us to correct, complete or update it
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw your consent
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India
To use any of these, write to raghavasreeram@builtrix.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
11. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted the form, write to us and we will delete the request.

When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again.
